The Monday Move Update

First of all, I am so encouraged having heard from so many of you, people I know and even people I don’t. About 18 of us met this morning in the church building to pray, plan, and produce results. I told them at the beginning how I had heard from people all over the world who are praying for our situation, and that this morning we were joining a global intercession on behalf of our situation. It has been virtually impossible to be discouraged with how cared for we feel. Generally speaking, there is a sense of excitement and anticipation for what God might be leading our church toward.
This week our plan is to figure out a plan.
Next week our plan is to entirely uproot and relocate.
Today we wrote down our resources as well as what we are looking for short-term and what we need long-term. Today many are scouring the area following up on ideas and possibilities. Tomorrow morning we will meet again at 9am to pray and report and plan.
Keep praying, especially that the people we need to talk to are available and that we have unusual favour with those who can do something about our situation.

Not sure if I should be praying for a new building for re:hope or for re:hope to be a church that doesn’t need buildings. So I’ll just pray that God gives you exactly what you need…physically, spiritually, emotionally, and in every other way! You guys are in my thoughts and prayers.

By faith Abraham, when called to go…
obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. (Hebrews 11:8)
So it is with faith. Ü
And so must we pray by faith and keep the faith for He will not disappoint us.

Yesterday at our church, we prayed for you as a Pastor, for the body of believers under your care. I personally am praying that Satan’s stronghold will not penetrate you, my son, nor can he touch your family.
Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.
Dear God, Protect my family your family of believers in Brian’s care. Lord, defeat Satan in this situation in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST SON OF THE LIVING GOD. Amen.

Hey Brian,
Just wanted to let you know that ya’ll have been in my thoughts and prayers since finding out about your news re: the building. Trusting the Lord for direction and for a place for Re:Hope. I’m encouraged to hear that you are feeling encouraged–asking the Lord to be close and to continue to guide you …May He give you unusual favor! Blessings to you and the team, Michelle

Brian - exciting times. Re:hope is real community and a church that isn’t a building! I’m praying for God’s guidance on where to gather that church. I’m praying that the church will grow stronger as you guys sort through separating the real church from the building you’ve been using. You know the reality, now the all will too. Blessings!

Praying for great faith for you as a pastor and for your church (yes, the people, not the building) and for faithfulness as you continue to seek and be obedient to Christ. He will build His church!

Brian - and all at re:hope.
I heard of your plight through a friend who has been at re:hope recently.
I’m sorry to hear of your situation, and will pray that you find God’s direction soon.
You are doing a great job there, and this is evidenced by your persecution.
